I stuck the base image to a sheet of silver mirror paper and then trimmed to leave a border of around 2cm on each side. This matted image was stuck to the front of a tent fold, 8" square, scalloped edge card. I used 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach the first layer of ribbon and bow, and then the same foam top and bottom of the centre panel and stuck it on over the "ribbon". I gently shaped the other pieces with my fingers and attached the dress and the bow using glue gel.
I didn't use any extra embelishments for this card, although I think gems around the edge of the oval panel, or peeloffs around the main image panel would look very nice.){kind=link}
