I decoupaged the rose, curling the layers and layering with silicone glue. I cut around the scalloped edge, leaving the border and the rose separate. I attached the border the front of my cardstock and cut out the scallop leaving a framed aperture.

I then lined up the decoupaged rose inside the card to show through the aperture. I then added some matching ribbon and raffia, and stamped 'Happy Mother's Day onto matching card.
