Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attatched base image using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added banner with 1mm foam pads and gems to small flower centres and to corners of the card.

I fixed this design to a 5x5 inch glossy ivory card then added the Happy Birthday banner at the top.
I then added four small flowers, one at each corner and used all of the other flowers for decoupage on 2mm foam pads.
Finally I finished with a hot pink ribbon.
