Tulips and LaceCompleted by Verona Davies

Printed the design onto photographic paper and cut out all the elements. I matted and layered a polka dot background card onto a toning A5 card. I then stuck the design to the centre of the card and decoupaged the flowers using silicone glue.

I added the sentiments and finished the bow off with a red gem.
