used an 8x8 scalloped card ,used silver mirror and an embossed card to do first mat and layer and used wet glue to attach to card, made topper a bit smaller, decoupage with silicon glue then attached topper to a die cut mat and layer. embellishments used are organza ribbon and a silver gem strip round bow, paper roses some gems glittered round oval
