Lady with HydrangeasCompleted by Rita Curtis

I made a base card from some blue pearl card. Printed the decoupage onto glossy photo paper and cut it out. The main picture was mounted onto white glitter card, this was mounted onto the base card and the decoupage layered up.

A tag was made from a circle of blue pearl card and a silver Happy Birthday peel off added. A small hole was pierced in the top of the tag and six jump rings threaded through. This was attached to a double layer of ribbon tied into a bow round the spine of the card.
