Retro Card FrontCompleted by Norma Howgate

I cut out the card front and stuck it to card stock using double sided sticky tape. I went around the inner edge with a gold gel pen and then cut out the decoupage pieces. I layered the first two pieces on the main figure using 1 mm sticky pads.

With the skirt I held the sides down with the pads but raised the middle with glue gel to give a curved appearance.

Finally, I used glitter gel pens on the edge of the skirt, necklace and flower and stuck the sentiment on with sticky pads.
