A brilliant image that has given me a lot of pleasure to make up. I copied to matte photo paper and cut out the elements I needed. Matted to navy blue card stock using d.s.t. after I had added the feathers.

Built up the decoupage and used a feather and some tiny diamond gems to her headdress and dress shoulders. I have some art deco peel-offs in my kit so used some for the greeting and embellishment.
