I printed on to Crafty Bob's gloss paper. Mounted the topper on to red mirror card, then on to a gold pearl card. Layered all elements. Added gems to the fireworks and the wheel. A gorgeous design to suit any celebration, and I think would also suit New Year.

Printed sheet on good quality 160gsm smooth card. Cut out pieces and decoupaged with silicone glue. Matted main image to dark blue card and then mounted to red glossy 240gsm base card.
