I made a base card from white pearl card and gave it a victorian fancy edge. I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out.

I stuck the first layer of the decoupge onto purple glitter card and attached this to the base card towards the opening of the card leaving an equal border round three sides.

I layered up the decoupage then cut out a message tag from a circle of the base card which I cut with fancy edged scissors and a circle of purple glitter card stuck together.

I put a small hole in the top of the tag and inserted a silver jump ring. I added three more jump rings and attached to a ribbon tied into a bow round the spine of the card.
