I printed the image onto a white pearlescent paper, cut out all the images, and decoupaged the lady. were the fan is I placed a few feathers, matt and layered it onto silver miri board, then white card, and black card that I had put through the Cuttlebug. adding a white bow, I stuck it to a white pearlescent card and attached a greeting.
