I used light blue card for the base,and matted a piece of snowflake paper next to the fold edge,and edged with silver star border peel offs.Then I matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of silver mirri card with foam tape,and matted this onto the card.After layering the decoupage with foam pads,I finished off by adding a little silver glitter and a Happy Christmas peel off.
