I printed the design on to a Glossy paper and clipped the items out. I glued the main design on to a C5 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage on to the card using Sticky pads. I Punched out Hearts and glued them on to each corner.

I printed the image onto photo paper , then mounted the main topper onto black card to set it off.
Then i decoupaged all the bits , added a sentiment again matted onto black card , then added black liquid pearls & gold stickles to the centre of the flowers to give a added dimension.
