50's Fashion Belle with Decoupage

Resized and printed out on a good quality photo paper.

Cut and layered on a white card. Added a 3-loop bow with a rhinestone and finished with a sentiment Happy Birthday.

I cut a black card stock base card. I cut a piece of gold foil and adhered it to the black card. I printed out this sheet on to card stock and cut out the elements.

I used soft pads to adhere the elements to the backing design sheet and then mounted the design sheet to the gold foil on the black card.
