I printed the design on to good quality card stock and cut and layered t up. I then punched a design into the corners and added a gem to the waistband of the dress and added my own sentiment.
This was then added to a 5 x 7 card.

Printed this lovely design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads and decoupage glue.
I added some pearls.
