Ivory Evening Dress - DecoupageCompleted by Wynona O'neil

This design spoke "Wedding" to me. I cut out and layered the design up in 3D. I used a white card as a base card, use diamond glitter all over.

I used a pretty piece of tulle and sequins along the bottom of the card and placed my 3D roses on top of tulle.

A gold peel off sticker completes my card.
