Cream card was used for the base.I stuck a panel of backing paper down the fold edge,and edged with a border peel off.I then matted a background image onto a piece of gold mirri card,and matted that onto the base with foam tape.I then layered the lady with foam pads on top of the image.To finish, I added gold Happy Birthday and corner peel offs,and a black bow.
