Top Hat Totty 4 Decoupage
This Top Totty is definately ahead of her class.
This is one of many sheets in this design, others incude Pyramid, A4, Insert, Gatefold Insert, A4 Insert, two co-ordinating backing papers, 2 inch teabag tiles and Star tiles.

This gorgeous design was printed onto 200gsm smooth card, then all the elements were cut out and the decoupage assembled using 2mm foam dots. I also used 2mm foam tape to attach the design to a piece of pale green card that coordinated with the leaves in the design and used d/s tape to attach the completed design to a coordinating light beige card.
Finished off by adding a layer of glossy accents to the bow and a dot of Crystalina glitter glue to the centre of each flower and to the small bow on Totty's shoulder.
An absolutely stunning design that would delight any recipient and could be used for a number of occasions.
