This is a lovely fun image.the decoupage creates a great sense of movement to the image!

I printed it on to CUP glossy card.I mounted the base image on to a card blank and added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding a sentiment and wooden butterfly.A lovely finished result!
