I printed on to lightweight card. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added pearls, a bow and tiny butterflies. A fab design, lovely bright cheery colours, to suit a variety of occasions.

Here's another great clarice cliff design.
I printed this design on to 120gsm quality paper, then I laminated the design sheet
I cut out all the elements of the design. On to the back of the design base I put DST.
and on to the decoupage pieces at the back of each piece put Foam tape.
To build the card I got a 8 x8 ins white straight edged card and to represent a table cloth I put a lovely ivory white lace with a lovely pattern and attached it to he card. I then put the design base in the middle of the lace, then I layered up the decoupage pieces and lastly added the greetings tags.
