Elegant Blue Room

With this design i first printed it out onto white card then cut out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the centre of a silver C5 card, i then added a silver chain border and corners all round the outside edges of the design, i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads then to finish i placed the happy birthday sentiment under the design, this is a terrific design, was very easy to make up and is stunning when completed.
