Pink Hat Girl Large Card FrontCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on quality glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and layered it using foam pads. I put glitter gold peel offs round the edges and added pink pearls to the ends of the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment and a couple of the flowers. I then attached it to a pale cream card blank using double sided tape.

This is such a cute card.
