With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then added a blue wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to fiish my card, I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
