Red Shoes and RosesCompleted by Helen Jennings

I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with glue gel. I mounted the topper onto green glitter card and then onto a dark green square card.

I attached a border of green and red ribbon down the bottom and side of the card and added a co-ordinating bow to the bottom corner.

I mounted one of the greeting tags onto green glitter card and added to the top corner with a foam pad.
