I printed the sheet on photo paper and cut it out and layered it up using foam pads, I trimmed the topper down a bit (the person it's for thinks purple is only for sympathy cards!) and added it to a white card, I added gems to the topper as well as some black nail art stickers to the shoe and then used black peel off corners and borders to form a decorative frame
