I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the topper. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the square topper to the inside of a white scalloped card and the decoupage partial topper to the front of the white card.

I then cut off the extra white part on the front of the card. This is a gorgeous, simple to cut and make, card that can be used for a variety of occasions.
