I printed out on matte photo paper and used d s tape to attach the base image to my card.
The decoupage I added with silicone glue.

Printed this lovely design onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image ontoA5 card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. Added some gems and a bow.
