Printed on matte photo paper. I used spray adhesive to adhere the base image to a card, then cut the card around the screen shape.
I cut out and layered the decoupage elements with silicone gel, letting the butterfly wings raise up along the top edge, but adhere to the body on the bottom.
Also finger-shaped the flowers and leaves a bit.
