I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a dark blue shimmer card .
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. I first used a white card but it looked better on the shimmer one.
It's a glorious design, I absolutely love it. It has a real WOW factor.
