Blue Hydrangeas - Scalloped Card Front with Background EdgeCompleted by Patricia Platt

An unusual design that makes up into a very pretty different card. I first printed out the sheet onto glossy photo card. I cut out all the pieces. I added the scallop edge topper to my 5x7 card front and trimmed around the scallop.

I next added the inverted scallop to the inside of my card using doublesided tape. I then decoupaged the layers using silicone glue. I added some glitter to the Hydrangea flowers to make it sparkle. I also added a silver Happy Anniversary peeloff to the top.
