I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage the boots and flowers. I cut the front half of a blank white card and a complementing insert, following the scallops of the design.

The card front was then attached to the card base with double sided tape. A lovely card that was easy to cut and quick to assemble.
