I printed the design on 'Crafty Bob' matte paper. I attached the base to a white card. I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. I added four gold corners and a gem to the bow.
Love the colours, the roses are beautiful, would have to be David Austin roses. Just a beautiful design, lovely decoupage.
