I cut out the base sheet and fixed to a cream DL card. I then cut and secured the decoupage pieces with silicone glue. The first piece is fragile so I did not glue the whole piece in one go but in stages.

I used gold glitter peel off borders and added a little gold glitter to the stamens, irridescent glitter to the butterfly wings and yellow gem to the centre of the flower.
