OccasionI love this bright cheery design which makes up into an unordinary card. I first printed the sheet out onto glossy photo card and cut out all the pieces. I then put the scallop edge onto my white 5x7 card front using doublesided tape and trimmed around the scallops.
I then added the inverted scalloped edge to the inside of the card. I next added the decoupage layers using silicone glue. Once dried I added some glitter to the pansy faces. I traced around the scallop edge onto some scrap paper so that I have a template to make a custom fit insert for this card.
A very pretty and unusual card.
