I printed of the sheet and cut out all the pieces then glued the main topper onto a white A5 card leaving the left edge slightly overhanging from the card.

I cut around the topper to give me a shapped card then edged it using a gold pen.

I added the decoupage pieces using glue gel and finished it off by adding red gems to the butterflies wings.
