I printed onto 200gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a rose backing paper and added the main topper and decoupage using foam pads.
I also added a die cut border and a paper bow using a wet glue.
A gorgeous card that is easy to make and suitable for a range of occasions.
