First took the image in PSP and made a tag. Printed sheet unto glossy photo paper.Cut out all elements. Layered main image unto gold mirror card then unto heavy card stock. Put the decoupage on with 2mm foam pads.

Added a flowered butterfly I made and a white bow at the bottom. Very easy and simple card. I choose to make it a birthday card but would be lovely for almost any occasion especially an anniversary.
