I printed the sheet onto good quality smooth card.I matted some cornflour blue stock onto my card blank and added a punched border to the image before mounting it on to the front of the card using 3d foam tape for extra dimension.Finally i used glue gel to give shape to the decoupage elements.This is very pretty design from Pam.
