I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with glue gel. I matted the topper onto yellow card. I then took a square of pale blue vellum and tore the edges.

I matted the yellow card onto this and then added orange brads onto each corner. I attached this to a co-ordinating 8" square card. This creates a very vibrant card.
