I first resized for a 7x5card. I then printed the main card front onto bright white 120 gsm copy paper and the decoupage elements and sentiment onto 220gsm matt photo paper.

I cut a card base and topper from coloured linen cardstock on my Cricut.

I mounted the base design onto the yellow linen card topper and then mounted onto the purple card base. I cut out the decoupage and sentiment and stuck on to the front using sticky foam pads. Finally I finished with some adhesive embellishments. A wonderful design.
