Hydrangeas on a Blue Ornate Panel 8in x 8in DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto 200gsm matte photo paper,cut out all elements,matted the base image to a pale pink floral embossed card from my stash and attached to an 8x8 scalloped card blank with DST.

I decoupaged with glue gel and added clear wink of stella to the butterflies and bow.

I attached tiny blue cristal gems to the digital embellishments to the right and completed the card with the matching insert panel, cup247451-422.
