Printed onto photo card and all elements cut out. Decoupage elements built up with foam pads. Topper glued onto cream pearlescent card. Pink organza ribbon affixed below topper and sentiment plate affixed with foam pads in centre of ribbon. Black gems glued to ribbon to finish off.
