Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements.Used a white, round scalloped card, I matted a backing paper to the card using glue and then placed the image using foam pads.

I built up the decoupage with foam pads, placed some black hearts around the image edge.

Made a circle of pale blue pearls and used soft grey to colour the card. A gorgeous card with a lot of appeal.
