Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto an A5 white pearl card. All pieces were shaped and attached with silicone glue. I will add a sentiment as soon as I decide what I want to use the card for. Gorgeous design, so easy to make too.

Looks fab when complete - delighted.
