I printed onto Bob's glossy paper.I assembled decoupage using glue gel I also cut into the petals of the flowers so as to give more dimension.I then matted image onto lilac happy birthday paper and attached to 8x8 scallop card.I finished by adding a white satin edged organza ribbon to which I attached a diamonte ribbon slider.
