After printing and cutting out all elements I attached the main topper to a colour co-ordinating backing paper from my stash and attached to white card stock.

I then decoupaged the petunias, attached the sentiment and added a few gems to the bow and background.

I cut out the tags to use later. A beautiful easy to assemble card.
