I chose a contrasting piece of green cardstock and made a DL card blank. After cutting out the two backing papers and borders I pasted the papers and one border to the front of the card blank.

I then made up the decoupage elements of the flower and added this towards the top of the card. Underneath I chose a blank tag, adding an extra layer of the flower design and pasted this underneath the main flower.

To complete the card I made a bow from one of the paper borders and added a peel off greeting to the tag.

This design is suitable for so many occasions.
