I printed the image onto Crafty Bob's Glossy Photo Paperc cut the elements out & foam padded the base image onto a cream, scalloped card.
I layered the other elements into the base image using foam pads.
I finished off with 4 gold corner peel-offs & a gold 'Happy Birthday' peel-off. Another stunner from Ann:Marie.
