I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out the elements. i used foam pads to build up the layers.

I stuck the topper onto a square card blank.

I then mounted a greeting panel onto a piece of matching card. i tied a bow from green organza ribbon and left long tails.

I then fixed the greeting onto the card at an angle with foam pads, catching the ribbon in place.
