Petunia Basket Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Sheila Horne

I used a pale lilac card topped with a deeper purple which I punched out a design at the bottom.

I cut & layered all of the petunia design, attached this to a white shimmer card edged with fancy scissors, which I then raised off the purple base using foam pads.

Attached white organza ribbon & bow and some pearls, birthday peel off
